Power and Free system is unparalleled control over the production
flow. By separating the moving power chain from the
product-carrying trolleys, it solves the fundamental limitations of
continuous conveyor systems. The ability to incorporate vertical
loops, tight transfers, and multi-level layouts means you can fit a
very long process (e.g., 500 feet of conveyor) into a much smaller
building footprint compared to a simple, straight monorail.
